Support services group Serco Group PLC is forming a consortium to bid for nuclear waste clean-up firm British Nuclear Group, Forbes reports.

Partners may include Bechtel to bid for BNG against a team led by Bechtel’s U.S. rival Fluor . Last month, Texas-based Fluor said it had offered to buy BNG from parent British Nuclear Fuels for an undisclosed sum.
