Trading on people's sense of guilt to do something that's not likely to accomplish anything worthwhile. You should be required to post at every kiosk a fiscal impact report showing how much temperatures will decline for every million dollars you spend. Then, YOU would feel guilty for spend so much money on a something so trivial when people go hungry and homeless on your own streets. Where are your priorities??? Ridiculous.
