		<description>Ridiculous. Trading on people&#039;s sense of guilt to do something that&#039;s not likely to accomplish anything worthwhile.

You should be required to post at every kiosk a fiscal impact report showing how much temperatures will decline for every million dollars you spend. Then, YOU would feel guilty for spend so much money on a something so trivial when people go hungry and homeless on your own streets.

Where are your priorities???</description>
