As long as China and India has
never been required to sign the
Kyoto Agreement (neither did Clinton and/or Gore), the Global warming subject has simply been a political argument against Bush. It is obviously not a “Global” issue, but simply a bash “Bush and the USA” issue.

Phil Clapp is 100% correct – All Bush has ever done for the environment has been “lip service” to divert attention from his cronies dumping all the garbage they can into our air.
