In the present scenario in India, where there is a gap in electricity demand and supply as well as global pressure to reduce GHG emissions, energy efficiency is important factor. Energy saved is energy generated. Its a good sign that the ICT industry is going green and making a mark globally. Hope all the major players in ICT industry will take green initiatives not only to reduce energy consumption and reduce GHG emissions but also create a mark of global green company.</description>
