Horizon Fuel Cell Technologies is at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas showing off a handful of devices that turn ordinary tap water into electricity which than can be used to supply power to a range of devices – everything from notebook computers to mobile phone that have to be recharged in a pinch.
