		<description>Iam chemical engineer by profession &amp;doing job with ccbpl multan from last three years.no practica effort to reduce wur although resources provided.no proper utilization of qualified people and also lack of comunication among the inter departmental sections.really need to improve proper utilization of engineers and resources provided by company.also need to standardize salary and designation as per company policy.</description>
