China is destitute. We are not. They have not reached the standard of living that we take for granted. Many would do anything to get what we have, which is a consumption level far higher than the rest of the world--enough to kill it outright. Even though China is building more power plants as well they use 5 times LESS energy per person than we do. So who is really responsible? Compared to what could happen, a crime is a very, very minor thing.

How absurd. Why doesn't the coward do something himself instead of talking about it. He wants other people to do his dirty work.
