		<description>hp is only green on the outside, unfortunately. It&#039;s a far cry from environmental on the inside, and is actually pretty conservative. The Vancouver, WA eatery, which is next to most of the remaining workforce, only has styrofoam plates and bowls and never had real dishes. There is also little effort in Corvallis and Vancouver sites to encourage recycling any more than anywhere else. There is a small rag-tag group at each campus trying to do sustainable things, but is is a far cry from the culture.</description>
