Speaking at the “Delhi Sustainable Development Summit 2009″ in New Delhi, UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon said failure to combat climate change will destabilize many countries, Reters reports. He said global countries need to define their greenhouse gas emission reduction targets or risk increasing poverty levels and insecurity in many countries.
