But their is much more now to do. Because of the expence typically involved with energy efficiency project, the logging industry as well as many other industries are moving slowly to adoped energy efficiency mesures. In the highly competitive lodging industry, room rates cannot be raised easily, so reducing costs can be a significant means of increasing margins and profits. Through the use of new technology retrofits (Inteligent motors controllers such as ours, a hotels can reduce HVAC energy consumption by deep double digits of 40%-60% and recieve an ROI of 6 to 12 months is many cases.
