		<description>I&#039;m impressed by this - after all those reports of Walmart being particularly irresponsible, it&#039;s nice to see a company making an effort to see the bigger picture.
I found some videos of KMart (owned by Sears) - they&#039;re obviously concentrating on becoming more family focused:
