		<description>Another crazy plan that they&#039;re gonna try to sell as &quot;clean energy&quot;. And what about the greenhouse gases emited to launch these things into space? And to repair them when they fail? And what about the health impacts of a massive beam of radio frequencies directed to the ground? 
Why not instead talk about decreasing energy needs, as part of a planned transition toward a steady state economy? Sounds like a much more innocuous solution to me than devising new schemes to always tap new and further removed energy sources. But eventually, there will be a limit. And then, we will need to make the transition...</description>
