		<description>Good to see carbon-intensive industries building the carbon mitigation into their medium and long-term business strategies, rather than hiding their heads in the sand. Clearly more effective economic incentives are needed to force the hand of the industry to cover off on existing emissions - hence the need for the US to introduce a carbon-trading system.</description>
