any australian potitician thats votes for this carbon tax is a traitor to us the Australian people there eighter dont have a clue how to fix the polution or finding out the easy way to screww us out of every cent we work hard for heres idea. we are testing electic cars in australia how about helping bringing this in quicker and putting solar power on every house hold this is facts that will cut pollution by 44 percent this goverment lead by julia is the worst goverment in history
and they wont be happy till your children suffer ..contact every pollitician by moble text ring stand in the street and scream the war cry ..NO WAY ..

this a war against the against this carbon tax
this tax is to be the mst heaviest tax we the people of australia will ever face
whe i see that the goverment is caring little about the polution but more on how much mone y they care toke from the ordinry person
take care and fight this tax because its not the polluters that will pay the price but will be t your family your children your future generations dont let this carbon tax go though.. they say they will conpensate you the ..key word is compensate.. well the facts are that tgis will not help the polution but the goverment and the big poluters wiil get rich from it and you and me will suffer in no uncertain terms.. climate change can be changed without distroying our future

Cap and trade is just one way for the government to overstep its bounds and attempt to take over the markets. Unfortunately, most supporters of cap and trade do not realize that the effects of Carbon dioxide on the climate are widely disputed (and most of the facts concerning global warming are based studies that have since been disproved). People also do not realize that the government will be able to restrict any human activity to whatever limit those in power decide is acceptable, in other words it can be used as a means to suppress whatever and whoever they wish, in the name of environmental safety.

I expect complaining about cap and trade to grow increasingly louder. It makes sense that anyone creating an externality where negative effects harm someone or something else should be encouraged to stop creating that negative effect. Cap and trade will result in those who burn fossil fuels to use them more efficiently or perhaps switch to a different energy source. Bring it on!
