		<description>This makes me spit.  The top surface area of a car is nothing like large enough to power a car and is wasted completely if you part it in the shade.
Putting the panels on your house and powering it and/or charging the car is reasonable if you live in a sunny place, but panels in the car roof are just for show and to impress arts graduate type friends.
There are loads of ways of charging electric cars - 
the best being night rate electricity from the grid.  What is needed is(are?) better batteries.</description>
