		<description>I would like to see the life cycle analysis the Calif ARB did before regulating this.  Chemicals in glass, metal particles... did they even consider the end-of-life environmental impacts in their haste to react to climate change?  We can no longer afford to make decisions that treat environmental problems one at a time.</description>

		<description>wouldn&#039;t using a lighter interior color scheme cool the cars? That seems a whole lot more doable. Or they could just mandate those cool windshield cardboard thingies. Sometimes I get the feeling that California tries too hard.</description>
