		<description>Hmmm.  Cost savings don&#039;t add up.  %250 for the 2016 windows and a savings of $36?   And what about those concerns that the metal will block electronics and wireless technologies?  This couldn&#039;t wait until that issue has been addressed?  Sounds like another knee jerk reaction from a state full of eco-loons.</description>
