		<description>You missed an excellent opportunity to highlight the fact that the tech and consumer electronics sectors have taken significant steps to facilitate the responsible disposal and reuse of their products.  However, they are opposing the New York City ordinance because it places an incredible undue and unfair burden on manufacturers, including even requiring them to incur significant costs to reclaim their competitors&#039; products.  There are far more reasonable alternatives available to NYC and its citizens.  The City Council knows that.  They need to act responsibly themselves!
