		<description>You know Tom, instead of finding fault, let&#039;s applaud the fact that they are saving 60% of the electricity used!! Think about how many power plants that might be and how many barrells of oil. We have done something similar and will pay for the new lights in less than 2 years!!! As a business, where else can you get that kind of return? But believe it or not, some businesses still don&#039;t think this is good eneough as they have to &quot;answer to their shareholders&quot;! As a shareholder, I would like to see more do this instead of having the &quot;new business administers&#039;&quot; (NBA not MBA) way of thinking they can&#039;t look at a longer horizon than one year. Let&#039;s take a longer view. Life will be much better if we do. Let&#039;s do more of these projects.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ll wager that most of these schools will not consider the foreign oil they use to for parking, nor the &quot;Heat Island Affect&quot; it contributes to, nor the albedo benefit that would enhance their exterior lighting&#039;s ability to add to campus security.</description>
