I heard about the huge pile of trash that is swirling around in the Pacific Ocean. I was blown away. Most of this is from plastic bags and Styrofoam. fortunately there are a number of stores that are supporting re-usable shopping bags, I have three re-usable bags myself. If i forget them I choose paper or just carry my purchase in my hands I am an environmental studies student living in Oregon.
