Indeed, reaching out to every Indian village with electric poles, creating sustainable growth for 1.5 billion people, these are tasks of magnitude hitherto unknown in history. Add to that the complexity of the climate change dimension, and it's pretty huge responsibility on the shoulders of a few leaders. I hope the leaders of India take sound decisions while keeping their ears open to all schools of thought.

Relax. Cap&Trade will be used as a weapon on China, India and japan. If they don't have C&T, then we lay on the trade tariffs, simple as that. Eventually all trading nation will be forced to adopt Cap&Trade.

Cap&trade is about money, only an idiot thinks it's about saving the planet.
