Add to that the complexity of the climate change dimension, and it's pretty huge responsibility on the shoulders of a few leaders. I hope the leaders of India take sound decisions while keeping their ears open to all schools of thought. Cap&Trade will be used as a weapon on China, India and japan. If they don't have C&T, then we lay on the trade tariffs, simple as that.
