		<description>Too bad California is broke. This would really help the solar industry in California. And how are we planning to get 33% renewables while we have no money to throw into it? Adding an extra mandate while providing no extra funding makes little sense.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s too bad about the net metering bill.  That really seems like a no brainer.  The 30% mandate seems excessive and given the state&#039;s mounting financial concerns, maybe things like that should wait until the economy has a brighter future.  In that time we should see a reduction in solar costs and hopefully 30% of the energy will come from renewable naturally.</description>
