Item 6 mentions occupancy sensors to safe energy on lighting but the big hitter that is already here and getting bigger is LED lighting. LED lighting is even more efficient than flourescent lighting and lamps last up to 50 times longer. Save on energy and disposal.

Great article! I suggest number 21 might be Passive Cooling Techniques instead of Active Air Conditioning.
Our company, which is building a sustainable resort in Panama, put out a release on this topic. You can read it here: http://islapalenque.com/blog/2009/08/press-release-amble%E2%80%99s-new-panama-resort-taps-trend-in-passive-cooling/

I would also add a shift from Carbon Neutral to Carbon Health

Unlike carbon neutral strategies which allow for the purchase of offsets, carbon health requires a comprehensive strategy focused on the operational and resource efficiency of an organization. Organizations focused on sustainability must move beyond the environmental reporting to evaluate operational changes and investment opportunities that reduce their environmental impact.
