There is a new company; "Air Powered Car Corporation" (APCC) which wants to build vehicles which are electrical but instead of batteries will use an electric generator powered by compressed air to generate it's power. They are presently seeking capital to build a prototype. Why not offer to let the prototype be a Postal LLV. If successful The Postal Service can be on the cutting edge of a new technology. The investment would be worthwhile if we can eventually eliminate our gasoline consumtion completely and greatly reduce our carbon footprint.
