@ Jensen There are several parties busy developing apps for the European mainland. The ones I know about are People 4 Earth (http://www.people4earth.org/) and people who’ve been involved with FairFood in the past.

I really think green apps can raise awareness. However a lot of these apps are still tailored to the American market. For the European mainland there aren’t so many apps.

I wonder what great green apps will come next? My current favorites are GoodGuide for checking out how green/healthy my grocery shopping is, and Soleil Organics for an easy guide of which products I should buy organic if I’m on a tight budget.
