The Chamber has made some statements about climate change that has caused several high-profile members to drop their membership. Calling further attention to the issue that has caused them to lose members might not be the brightest move - especially now that the chamber has been exposed as having lied about their membership numbers (300,000 instead of 3,000,000). They don't hold as much clout as they led members to believe, and now, instead of using the little clout they have to try to get policy that will create jobs to help small and mid-sized businesses, they're going to waste membership dollars to try to get a judgment against a parody. (Hint: lots of court precedent supports parody)

Suing the Yes Men will keep the prank in the headlines for months to come - continuing to expose the Chamber's willful ignorance about climate change, while doing nothing to help their members survive the economic crisis.
