		<description>Cogeneration really is the future -- or should be, anyway.  Efficiency is absolutely key to solving our energy problems, and very few people understand that it’s about more than CFLs and home insulation. I’m associated with Recycled Energy Development (recycled-energy.com), which does work in exactly this area: producing energy (both electricity and heat) through cogeneration and waste energy recovery. EPA and DOE estimates suggest we could slash greenhouse gas emissions by 20% through these technologies alone.  We should be doing much more of this.</description>
