		<description>The lack of action is mind boggling.  Why do people feel that it is ok, much less a good idea, to delay a global climate change agreement? 

I urge all US citizens who read this article and are frustrated by the lack of action in the US Senate (which is directly responsible for the inability to act in Copenhagen) to contact your senators and tell them to get their act together and pass a climate bill in the US.
