Who made these projections for the US Energy Information Administration? Based on the numbers, they must have come from the American Petroleum Institute, The National Republican Party, Fox News or The US Chamber of Commerce. Did Obama leave GW Bush's appointees intact in that agency. I did not realize Environmental Leader is a cover for some right wing fossil fuel worshiping organization.

Assuming no change in carbon policy (and there is none right now), CO2 emissions are only projected to grow 0.3% per year?? I find that to be highly doubtful.

To date, no economy has unlinked economic growth and GHG emissions growth. How does EIA think it will happen here? Unless they are assuming the economy will only grow at a 0.3% rate through 2035...

The only way to cut emissions and grow the economy at the same time is to implement a carbon policy that makes sense, and gives the market a clear signal to which it can react and adapt.
