The Fayetteville Shell in Arkansas is being drill all over the NW part of the state where I live. I see red tanker trucks off loading water & chemicals constantly. Why wouldn't the process be used in Arkansas. I keep wondering where all those trucks are stockpiling the water & chemicals.
