When you combine a 50% reduction in energy consumption with the current rebate programs available, retrofitting inefficient fixtures with HIF - T8 and T5 Technology typically gives and ROI of less than one year.

More companies should be looking seriously at implementing similar projects.</description>

		<description>It is pretty amazing that this company will save $6 million in just one year and then another $12 million the next in energy savings. I am surprised that most building owners are not doing the same with all of the rebates that are available that are making these retrofits even more affordable. There are retrofit kits out already on the market that will allow you to take your old T12 and T8 fixtures and convert them to use T5 bulbs. This is a great and easy  way to become more energy efficient and you can find a sample of these kits at www.lumiversal.com. I would highly recommend looking into becoming more energy efficient because of all the money and energy that you can save.</description>
