You may want to check your facts before buying into any PR spins "Indiana" is churning out these days. Great so the spin doctors in Indiana are trying to attract industry to a State that until very recently is a place you look down from your window as you fly between the coasts where everything REALLY happens first. Indiana is hardly the hotbed of cutting-edge progressive energy/environmental leadership. Try as they may, they are decades behind the award-winning and first "truly" green transit agency: Sunline Transit Agency
http://www.sunline.org

Oddly, the article doesn't mention the total number of transit buses the agency has and how many are dedicated "alternative fuel" (hydrogen fuel cell, natural gas, propane, biodiesel, battery electric)????
It may be the State of Indiana's "greenest" transit agency, so sorry Indiana you're still DECADES behind California, but it's nice to see the Red states finally jumping on the bandwagon.
