PWR understands that the US quite rightly takes a "not invented here" attitude to things outside of the US - but this may be a case of "take a second look". Just in case - the above was meant ironically. Perhaps what the US needs is a federal law modelled on the Renewables Directive which applies to all EU MS. Or would that be a step too far for the US?
