Sustainable Logistics Panel Discussion
This networking session featured a panel discussion with business leaders from the logistics sector, highlighting their successes and lessons learned as they have gone along their respective sustainability journeys. Bob Armstrong, President of SCL moderated the discussion, and the panel members included Robert Boutin, Senior Advisor Corporate Social Responsibility, Canada Post and Brad Chittick, Associate Vice-President, Supply Chain Major Projects, Canadian Tire. and Andrew Gustyn, Corporate Sustainability Manager, Unisource.

It’s great that those companies have sustainability on their agendas. But a lot of things they are selling as sustainable innovation is just common sense and they should do it anyway, others are driven by needed cost savings. Sustainability is all about making processes more efficient.
