CBRE Expands Sustainable Property Services
CB Richard Ellis led the property services industry by benchmarking and registering 242 million square feet of Energy Star buildings and engaging 146 million square feet in LEED services last year, according to the company’s fourth corporate responsibility report.
The world’s largest commercial real estate services firm, in terms of 2010 revenue, says it developed or enhanced its sustainability services in each of its global regions last year to encompass a broad set of client services.
