Environmental Leader

The Council of State Governments/Eastern Regional Conference brought together industry experts, officials and staff from Northeastern U.S. states and Eastern Canadian provinces that have been considering offshore wind proposals. Participants discussed the latest research, and considered ways to overcome various challenges that wind projects, and legislative efforts, have encountered in several jurisdictions.
