The Primera Terra luxury condominium community, designed by KTGY Group and built by KB Home, has earned the National Association of Home Builders BALA platinum designation for neighborhood design. The community in Playa Vista, Calif., also achieved LEED Platinum certification. The community is 40 percent more energy efficient than the new home standards set by the state of California, KTGY said.
