Environmental Executive Moves: IET, Joule, UQM, NSU, EBA Engineering

Integrated Environmental Technologies: The life sciences company has hired Chad Crady to serve as vice president of sales and operations for the company’s oil and gas division. Before joining IET, he was the president of Sage Power Solutions.

Joule: The CO2-to-liquid fuels production company has appointed Peter Matrai as senior vice president and chief financial officer. He most recently served as chief operating officer and chief financial officer of Butamax Advanced Biofuels.

UQM Technologies: The developer of propulsion systems for electric, hybrid electric, plug-in hybrid electric and fuel cell electric vehicles has promoted Joseph Mitchell to the position of chief operating officer, with additional responsibilities as interim president and chief executive officer. He joined the company in 2012 as senior vice president of operations.

Natural Systems Utilities: The distributed water infrastructure company is transitioning Bankim Gopani from his role as chief financial offer to chief corporate development officer. Gopani joined NSU in 2012 as an advisor to its board. Hamsa Shadaksharappa will take over as chief financial officer. Prior to joining NSU, he was the chief financial officer at Sithe Global.

EBA Engineering: The engineering services company has named Joseph Siemek, PE, (pictured) as its vice president and head of the water systems engineering department. Before joining EBA, he was a senior project manager at STV and an operations manager for KCI Technologies.

T&M Associates: The planning, engineering, environmental and construction management company has hired Shannon Markham, PE, as a regional client services manager. Prior to joining T&M, he was a senior project manager at AECOM in Columbus, Ohio.

SSI Schaefer: The waste management products manufacturer has hired Kevin Finn as Midwest sales manager for its waste technology division. Before joining SSI, he was the area president for Republic Services.
