Case1021FXRExterior_3123Case Construction’s F series wheel loaders and CX210B high rise material handler are competitively priced and deliver excellent performance, reliability and fuel efficiency for waste management companies, the company says. They also have low operating, service and repair costs and come with an aftersales service agreement.

Case 721F XR, 821F XR, 921F and 1021F can work a minimum of 22-hour shifts with downtime only needed to clean the machines down. The F series wheel loaders are fitted with a 6.7 liter interim certified diesel engine. The 1021F XR is specifically engineered for waste recycling and features an 8.7 liter Tier 4 interim diesel engine. Air intake uses a turbocharger with air-to-air cooling. No exhaust gas recirculation valve is used — only fresh air is taken for combustion and no extra cooling system is needed. The machines use common rail multiple injection with an HI-eSCR (DOC + SCR) after treatment system. The rear mounted engine offers better weight balance, which means bucket payload increases by 10–15 percent at each cycle.

The F series machines use Case’s Proshift transmission, a five-speed powershift with lock up, to reduce cycle times and fuel consumption. The Case heavy duty cooling cube is exceptionally effective in dusty conditions.

To reduce fire ignition risks, AdBlue is sprayed directly in the diesel exhaust. The maximum temperature of the HI-eSCR is 932 degrees Fahrenheit, 392 degrees less than the maximum temperature of a particulate filter.

A rear camera eliminates all blind spots so operators are able to see everything around them at all times.

The CX210B offers low fuel consumption, dedicated matching of slew speed and boom raise functions and high lifting forces. The large CX-B series cab offers excellent visibility and is mounted on a rigid parallel lift structure that rises to 16.6 feet, ideal for viewing the bucket during unloading and loading of the high-sided trucks that deliver the raw waste materials. The cab descent switch can be activated from inside or outside the cab for increased operator safety.
