Environmental Executive Moves: Inovateus Solar, MPW, US Conveyor Technologies, Fathom Water Management

Inovateus Solar: The solar developer, EPC and supply company has hired Mike Pound as its chief revenue officer. Most recently, he was vice president of operations at Manufacturing Technology Inc.

MPW Industrial Services: The industrial cleaning, water purification, and facility and environmental management services firm has promoted Justin Pierce (pictured) to director of engineering and manufacturing. Pierce began work at MPW in 2006. In 2007, Pierce was promoted to engineering supervisor and in 2013 he was named director of engineering for the industrial water division.

US Conveyor Technologies: The recycling system company has named Troy Graves president, Recycling Today reports.

Fathom Water Management: The software-as-a-service provider for water utilities has Doug Roy as the new regional vice president of sales and marketing for the West Coast. Prior to joining Fathom, he served as vice president of sales and marketing at WaterSmart Software.

Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton: The global law firm has hired Nicholas van Aelstyn as a partner in the firm’s real estate, land use and environmental practice group. Van Aelstyn joins from Beveridge & Diamond, where he co-chaired the climate change and the environmental practice groups.

Troutman Sanders: The international law firm announced that partners Stuart Caplan and Andrew Schifrin, along with of counsel Jessica Lynch, have joined the firm’s energy and projects practice. They previously practiced at Dentons.
