Biofuel

Biofuels are fuels made of biologic raw materials such as biomass. This section examines different types of renewable biofuels including those made from plants and animal byproducts. We also explore bio fuel tax credits, renewable fuel standard mandates (RFS), and efforts to reduce dependence on fossil fuels by using biofuel to decrease greenhouse gas emissions and lower carbon footprints.
