Greenpeace activists halted the loading of a logging ship in Papua New Guinea as the government battles an illegal logging corruption scandal, Reuters reports. The activists boarded the ship as barges carried cut logs to the vessel, moored beside a forest-logging concession owned by Malaysian firm Rimbunan Hijau through a PNG subsidiary.
