Environmental & Energy Executive Moves: Ingersoll Rand, Nordex, PwC, enXco

Ingersoll Rand: Joe Wolfsberger has joined the supplier to the transportation, manufacturing, construction, and agricultural industries as vice president, environmental health and safety, from Eaton Corporation, where he was senior vice president of EHS. He was also previously vice president, EHS at Baxter Healthcare Corporation.

Environmental Data Resources: The environmental information and risk management company has appointed Mark Wallace as vice president, customer acquisition and community. Wallace was previously EDR’s vice president of digital and social media.

ICF International: The consultancy named Joanne R. Potter to the position of principal, supporting ICF’s work related to climate change, sustainability, and transportation. She was most recently principal with Cambridge Systematics.

Enerkem: The waste-to-biofuels and chemicals company announced that Anton de Vries has joined its board of directors. De Vries worked 18 years at Royal Dutch Shell and 11 years at LyondellBasell, the world’s third-largest independent chemicals producer.

Agrium Advanced Technologies: The fertilizer manufacturer has established a corporate sustainability team, appointing Sarah Fox as its first sustainability initiatives specialist.

Nordex: The wind turbine manufacturer has appointed Jurgen Zeschky as CEO, replacing Thomas Richterich, North American Windpower reports. Zeschky had been head of the industrial division of Voith Turbo.

Water Environment Federation: The association of water quality professionals has announced the members of its 2011-2012 board of trustees, Water & Wastes Digest reports. Matt Bond, an associate vice president at Black & Veatch, assumes the role of president. The board also includes: immediate past president Jeanette Brown, president-elect Cordell Samuel, vice president Sandra Ralston, treasurer Chris Browning, secretary and executive director Jeff Eger and trustees Charles Bott, Paul Bowen, Fran Burlingham, Kartik Chandran, Scott Cummings, John Hart, Terry Krause, Garry Macdonald, Karen Pallansch, Paul Schuler, Scott Trotter and Rick Warner.

The Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance: The non-profit organization has announced Susan Stratton as its new executive director. Stratton joins from the Energy Center of Wisconsin.

Cadmus Group: The consultant on water, energy services, green building and other areas has promoted Chris Hitchcock, its vice president of contracts and subcontracts, to the newly created position of chief operating officer (COO). John Roman will replace Hitchcock. Roman joins from Science Applications International Corporation.

PricewaterhouseCoopers: The consultancy has hired Eric Israel and Clinton Moloney as managing directors in its sustainable business solutions practice. Israel was KPMG’s US advisory practice leader on climate change and sustainability, and co-founded that consultancy’s Global Sustainability Services practice. Monoley was formerly with Blu Skye Sustainability Consulting.

Watts Water Technologies: The manufacturer of water quality and efficiency products has announced the election of W. Craig Kissel as a member of the Board of Directors. Kissel was previously employed by Trane Inc, until his retirement in 2008.

Global 8 Environmental Technologies: The developer and operator of environmental technology centers has appointed Dan Noble as BioOrganics Portfolio Manager. Noble is president of sustainable strategy and business development firm Noble Resources Group.

EnXco: The renewable power developer has appointed Jeff Ghilardi as vice president of the wind business unit. He joins from GE’s Power Generation business.

FirstFuel Software: The building energy analytics company appointed Phil Giudice, the former commissioner of the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources and state Undersecretary of Energy, to its Board of Directors. Giudice also served as senior vice president at EnerNOC, a provider of energy management applications and services for the smart grid.

Sopogy: The developer of micro concentrated solar power technologies has appointed Craig Lobdell to the newly created position of Vice President of Strategy. Most recently he was a Director of Advisory Services in San Francisco for KPMG where he led the Cleantech Advisory Services practice.
