Engineering services provider National Technical Systems said that its Silicon Valley facility has been EPA-approved as an accredited testing laboratory for the Energy Star program. The certification means that NTS Silicon Valley/Elliott Laboratories may test the Energy Star compliance of computers, computer servers and imaging equipment as well as other external products that are used in data centers and central offices, the company said.
