The Cadmus Group: The employee-owned social good consultancy has appointed Nathan Smith as a vice president in the Built Environment Division. Smith comes to Cadmus after more than 11 years with Project Performance Corporation, where he most recently served as vice president for the Energy, Environment, and Climate Solutions Division.

Brown and Caldwell: Jeff Schulz and Tom Jacobs have joined the environmental engineering consulting firm’s program management services team. Schulz, a vice president, leads BC’s program management strategic initiative. Prior to joining BC, Schulz led SAIC’s Water and Waste Resources division. Jacobs rejoins BC as a vice president and has 37 years of experience in capital program management.
