Policy & Enforcement Briefing: GHG Ruling, Exxon Fined $105m, Natgas Blowout

The Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works will hold a hearing on Wednesday on “Strengthening Public Health Protections by Addressing Toxic Chemical Threats.” Witnesses have not yet been announced.

The House Energy & Commerce Committee’s subpanel on environment and the economy will hold a hearing Wednesday on “Oversight of DOE’s Strategy for the Management and Disposal of Used Nuclear Fuel and High-Level Radioactive Waste.” Energy secretary Ernest Moniz will be a witness.
