Energy Manager Today reports that significant energy savings can also be had from upgrading commercial clothes washers.
In May, the CSA Group, UL and the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers announced the release of AHAM 7003-2013/CSA SPE-7003-13/UL 7003, Sustainability Standard for Household Clothes Washers, which the groups call the first voluntary sustainability standard for home laundry appliances.
