The EPA and Department of Justice have issued a $150,000 civil penalty against Fisher Sand and Gravel, for alleged failure to comply with dust mitigation regulations at three Arizona facilities, in Buckeye, Sun City and Phoenix. The company must also take steps to minimize the generation of dust at its Phoenix plant, the EPA said.
