The House Energy and Commerce Committee will hold markups Tuesday and full committee votes Wednesday on H.R. 724, a bill to amend the Clean Air Act to remove the requirement for dealer certification of new light-duty motor vehicles; and on an unnumbered bill to strengthen US-Israeli collaboration on energy development.
