Watts Water Technologies: The water technology company has appointed Robert J. Pagano, Jr. (pictured) as president and CEO effective May 27, at which time Dean P. Freeman will resume his role as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Pagano has also been appointed to the company’s board of directors effective May 27. Pagano served most recently as senior vice president of ITT Corporation and president, ITT Industrial Process.
Green Earth Technologies: The manufacturer and marketer of “green” environmentally safer packaged goods and products has appointed Walter Raquet as interim CEO. Raquet will continue to be a member of the GETG board of directors. Most recently he served as chairman of Bolton LLC, an investment management company, and was chairman of WR Platform Advisors, a service provider for hedge funds.
Severn Trent Services: The water and wastewater services company has appointed William (Bill) Mertes to the position of vice president of operations, US Operating Services. Prior to joining Severn Trent Services, Mertes was vice president and general manager of Western Reserve Water Systems.
Cleantech Solutions International: The a manufacturer of metal components and assemblies used in various clean technology and manufacturing industries and textile dyeing and finishing machines has appointed Frank Zhao as an independent director and chairman of the audit committee. Zhao succeeds Wang Baowen, who resigned as a director of the company on April 24. Zhao has been chief financial officer of China Jo-Jo Drugstores since August 2011.
ChargePoint: The electric vehicle charging network has hired ClipperCreek cofounder and former president Dave Packard to run its utilities business development. In 2006, Packard founded ClipperCreek, a provider of EV infrastructure and has since served as the company’s president.
